An older man in a hat and powder coat walks, enters a bar, sits down on the side, observes a young woman sitting alone at the bar. Girl embarrassed, some guy approaches her, asks her to dance. Shown dancing, scenes. An older man (narrator?) watches. Later, the older man gets up and walks out of the bar onto an empty street and walks into the night in this coat and hat.... Anyone know who is singing or know the music video? It associates a bit with Cohen but I can't match anything from the music videos I've looked at. Maybe another performer also used to perform in coat and hat?
