A song from the late 90s

Hi. I'm looking for a certain song from the late 90's ( 97-99 around ) It used to fly on viva . All I remember is that in the video there was a guy who was driving a cab at night , and all sorts of strange types were passing through his cab . The piece started I think with a woman singing . I would be extremely grateful if someone suggests the title , or author .
