Difficult task year 1998 - 2005

Hello, I know this is rather impossible to do, but ever since I can remember I've had a song like this in my head, actually a fragment or as much as nothing of this song, and I always thought it was a fragment of some song by the band ATB date from 1998 to 2005 or further, unfortunately not.... All I remember from this song is that a man (I think) with a low tone sings the words/song: "sunshine .... and then you can hear a kind of drumming similar to the song safri duo algida" , I know that the information is not much, but maybe someone will light a lamp ?
