Hey, I'm looking for a song, please help.

I'm looking for a Polish song, probably from the 00's. All I remember is that in the video there was some guy walking down the street, and then there was some kind of party in probably a yellow bus, kind of like school buses from the US. The atmosphere was a little, like from Brazil and some guys were playing trumpets. And I think there was the word fiesta in the title, but I'm not sure. Help, because it doesn't want to get out of my head.
