I'm looking for a music video probably from the 00s, maybe late 99/00

from what I remember it was a rock band, the music was quite strong at times, I think the band members appeared in it as some kind of drops or semen and they were passed by various people, I remember that there was probably some kind of worker with a jackhammer, these drops had the faces of these guys from the band, I think that in the words of the song there were some expressions such as cziki cziki and łipi łipi, the video itself probably had erotic overtones and from the words I associate something like how to be inside girl something like that
