I'm looking for a Polish music video from the 1990s or early 2000s

I am looking for a Polish music video from the 90s or early 2000s. Unfortunately I don't remember the name, the lyrics or the genre of music. There was a lady and a gentleman pilot in blue uniforms (air force?) and after the plane landed they went home where there was a close-up ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Ms. Pilot (brunette) remained in her underwear. Meanwhile, a third lady (blonde), who is in the same room but like the pilots, is singing to herself. Evidently she is not happy (the pilot is her ex?).

I saw this video as a child, I estimate that I may have seen it between 1998 and 2003.
