From the genre of sort of rock electro, the Polish performer sings in English "got a waiting ???? something there something there" refrain like "ua ua ua ua u-u ua [pause] ua ua ua ua [pause] u-ua u-ua", it would be easier for me to dip it.
They're driving a rather young crew in the summer on a sunny day, some on a motorcycle (you can see more of those on the motorcycle) and others as far as I can remember in a convertible, the vibe of a holiday trip, carefree and all the time they're driving and snapping landscapes.
I wrote rock electro but I'm not very familiar with the genres; maybe new wave because there were a lot of synthesizers.
