I'm looking for a song from the 90s

I liked a certain song in the 90s, but I only remember that it was sung by a man (maybe Nick Cave?, but I don't know if he actually did). It was a music video and there were a lot of naked people in it, sitting or maybe walking. Some friends were offended...but the melody was cool, although I don't remember it at all at the moment, well, and the singer's voice was nice.
