Hello, maybe you are referring to Maruv & Boosin - Drunk Groove. Generally this song has a music video, but in the beginning, when it was new, on Eska the music video was just a white background with instruments appearing. The year of the song is also about 2018, maybe that's what it's about? Greetings! :-)
