I'm looking for a song/teleclip

I only remember that in the music video there was a guy tied to a chair and one (brunette) or more girls sort of in military attire, only they were quite skimpy, were interrogating the guy. At the end of the video, a blonde girl also dressed in military style walked in with some kind of whip or something. I think the song was in English and had more of a club feel to it. Does anyone have any associations? I'd really appreciate your help
