in the video there was a couple, they had black overalls I think and they were riding motorcycles but kind of in the future, behind these motorcycles there were lines left as if, everything was kind of in the future or in space. And she was singing there, I think she was blonde.

Unfortunately, that's not it. In the video I'm looking for there is only a man and a woman. They are racing (?) on motorcycles but ones from the future, with lights trailing behind them. Everything is modern and as if in the future or outer space.
