Latino music video

I'm looking for a music video with a group singing a genre of latino music (I don't know what country ). The singer black hair , in this video in a white dress, to which a girl is playing her keyboard I think in short denim shorts and two or three acoustic musicians. The whole thing was recorded on some observation deck with a panoramic view, very danceable hit music, a well-known track in my opinion. They have another video recorded on the street with a group of people watching in a city that looks like it was shot in Brazil, Argentina or a similar South American city. The description looks weak but maybe someone can guess
