Looking for a Song/Teleclip

Hello.

As in the subject. Generally, the video is black and white, a dark-haired chick (the performer of the song) is washing a wounded guy (a soldier, I think?) and all the time this video makes me think of the band Shakespears Sisters and their hit Stay.

Please help. This music video appeared on as I am not mistaken turn of 80 / 90. But I could be wrong.
