The only one I can think of is Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" but it's a fairly new song and not from before 2000.

What else comes to mind is Kate Bush "The Red Shoes" or Kanye West "Runaway."

Unfortunately it's none of those :( in this video there's an older grandmother dressed in black, I think, and she teaches ballet to girls dressed in white.

I used to hear this song at the gym so it has such a rather "upbeat" rhythm
