U2 music video - and what is the title of the song?

Hello, do any of you know what is the title of the U2 song for which there was a video that Bono is lying on the ground (on some concrete floor) and at the end of the video someone shakes his hand and lifts him off the ground (then that handshake is in the foreground in the screen). He's about 40 years old there, longer hair, no black glasses when he's lying on that ground (if I remember correctly). The song is from about 20 years ago, I think it's quiet, at that time it often flew on MTV, VIVA and other such programs. Do you remember what the title is? I would appreciate your help!
