Alibabki is a Polish female band founded in 1964 by Zbigniew Ciechan and Jan Rysinski. They have many cult hits to their credit, including the song Alibabki - Jak Dobrze Mieć Sąsiada (How Good to Have a Neighbor ), presented here, to which Agnieszka Osiecka wrote the words. It is interesting to note that in 1969-1973, due to frequent changes in the composition of the band, a rival group was formed. There was then a precedent-setting court case in the history of Polish popular music for the right to the name. It was restored to the founders of Alibabki, who resumed activity in 1974.
