Violin Sonata in G minor, better known as Devil's Trill Sonata, is a famous work for solo violin, composed by Giuseppe Tartini during his lifetime i.e. between 1692 and 1770. It is an extremely technically difficult piece, even today. A violinist performing it must be characterized by extraordinary technique and virtuosity. It is divided into four parts. It tells of the composer's meeting with the devil in a dream, the devil offers him to become his servant. Tatrini tells him to play the violin, it turns out that the devil plays with such virtuosity that the composer accepts him. I invite you to a piece by Giuseppe Tartini - Devil's Trill Sonata.
