"On the Beautiful Blue Danube" is one of the most famous waltzes by Johann Strauss II, composed in 1867. It was originally performed by a choir, as it was composed at the request of the Vienna Men's Singing Society, but this performance received a very cool reception from the public. It wasn't until the instrumental version, which is presented here, that it gained real popularity. You are invited to hear the piece Johann Strauss - On the Beautiful Blue Danube.
