Music video description
"Breaking the Habit" is the latest single released from Linkin Park's 2004 album Meteora. The video for the song is entirely an animation done in anime style (the work on it was supervised by Kazuto Nakazawa, who also worked with Quentin Tarantino on Kill Bill vol 1.), and was directed by Joe Hahn in collaboration with Eric Calderon. Particularly noteworthy when watching the clip is the girl who breaks a mirror and then writes "I am nothing" on a piece of paper, then picks up a shard of broken glass, clasps it in her hand, and then smears the blood on her notes.... There is also a second video, titled "Breaking the Habit (5.28.04 15:37) ", showing the band in the recording studio while performing the song. The video was directed by Kimo Proudfoot and is available on the Breaking the Habit DVD. Feel free to check out Linkin Park - Breaking the Habit.
