"Vogue" is a 1990 single by Madonna. It comes from the album "I'm Breathless," which was a remarkable commercial success selling 2million copies in the US. The song's content refers to former Hollywood stars. The song was also accompanied by a music video, which is considered one of the best in MTV history. In it, Madonna plays a 1930s-era actress, and the clip features frozen figures dancing against the backdrop of a painting by Tamara Lempiecka (a Polish painter of the art deco era).
