Martyna Jakubowicz is a Polish singer born on February 24, 1955 in Krakow, Poland, who creates music on the border of blues, rock and American folk. She made her debut in 1977 at the student club "Remont" in Warsaw. In January and February 1983, she recorded her first album "Maquillage" at the "STU" Theater Studio in Cracow. It was on this album that perhaps the singer's best-known song Martyna Jakubowicz - In Houses Made of Concrete There Is No Free Love - was first recorded, and it is this song that I would like to present to you today. As a curiosity I would like to add that it was used in the TV series "Magda M." and thanks to it it has experienced its "second youth".
