It reached the top ten of the charts in Canada, Ireland, Portugal and the United Kingdom, among others. The group's hit song New Order debuted at number 28 on the Billboard 100 chart.
Peter Care is responsible for directing the music video for the song "Regret." The video was released on a promotional VHS cassette and also as a DVD collection. The B-side of the single featured a variety of songs, depending on where it was released.
