In the 1980s, the world went crazy for a new trend of disco music called Italo Disco. It enjoyed great popularity primarily among disco-goers. One of the most famous bands of this period was the duo Radiorama formed by Mauro Farina and Simona Zanini. An interesting fact about this band is that they never performed on stage, nor did they take pictures of themselves. The reason for this was to avoid showing their image. On stage, just like in the photos, the models performed. In those days, the way to a career was not only through a great voice and an idea for a song, but also a unique image. Singers had to be distinguished by incredible beauty, which, unfortunately, can not be said of the male part of this duo.Initially, the band's career covered only native Germany. Over time, however, it also spread to Switzerland and Italy. Shortly after the release of the band's second album, almost all of Europe went crazy for this hit band. For the band, it was a time of numerous tours throughout Europe and even more intensified work. Interestingly, Radiorama also found its audience in Asian countries such as Japan. To this day, many people in that country consider themselves loyal fans of this now-defunct band. During the group's heyday, many great songs such as Radiorama's track Aliens were created.
