The Hollies are a band formed in 1962 in Manchester by Graham Nash and Allan Clark. "The Air That I Breathe" is a ballad written by Albert Hammond and Mike Hazlewood, originally recorded by Albert Hammond and included on his 1972 album It Never Rains In Southern Califirnia.
