The song "Baby I Don't Care" is a track by English pop-rock band Transvision Vamp. The song was a single promoting the group's second album titled "Velveteen" and was released in 1989. It is undoubtedly the biggest hit in the band's artistic output and its best-selling single. The song reached number three on the charts in the UK and Australia. In later years it was also used as the title track of the band's 2002 compilation Transvision Vamp.
In 2003, Jennifer Ellison recorded her version of the hit song "Baby I Don't Care." The cover became moderately popular, notching the sixth place on the UK Singles Chart and the 14th place on the Irish Singles Chart.
